Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery? Join our 2-hour online introduction to direct experience dyads and unlock profound insights about yourself. 

A direct experience of who one is, sometimes called an awakening, an enlightenment experience, gnosis or an epiphany is a powerfully transformative life event, a profound change of heart that reorients how we relate to everything.

In this workshop, we will delve into the question "Who am I?" through the powerful practice of dyads which make the possibility of a direct experience of who one is more readily available than ever. 

Led by Hero’s Journey founders Luke & Matthew Farren, we will explore the provenance of this life changing technique, why and how dyads work and more.

Through experiencing two dedicated dyad periods within the session you will unlock deep insights and discover one of mankind’s most transformational methods of discovering your greatest resource, the truth of who you are.

Dyads are a non-hierarchical, peer-to-peer tool for self-realisation that bring meaning, connection, and vitality to your life. They are self directed, giving you time & space to work things out for yourself whilst being seen & heard.

Whether you're new to dyads or curious about their potential, this session is designed for beginners. No prior experience is necessary, just the willingness to find out who you are!
